Bio

Alice joined the Trafo Gallery team in December 2024 as project manager. She is responsible for organising exhibitions and coordinating the running of the gallery, combining her experience in cultural operations and her passion for contemporary art.

She studied Arts Management at the Higher School of Economics and Curatorial Studies at the Faculty of Arts at UJEP. Her bachelor's thesis focused on the issue of state guarantees when borrowing artworks from abroad. In contrast, her master's thesis explored the influence of the political system in Iran on the work of Iranian artists. For more than six years she worked as a marketing specialist at the DOX Center for Contemporary Art, where she was involved in many important projects. Since 2024, she has led the Art for Amnesty project, which links art with human rights issues. She has also been a long-term volunteer at the Cystic Fibrosis Club, where she supports other patients and helps raise awareness of the disease, which she knows well from her own experience.

In her spare time, she enjoys exploring new cultures, reading books and travelling. She enjoys working on projects that not only catch the eye but also have deeper meaning and bring new perspectives.
